Beautiful souls 

My heart is sending so much love to those affected by the tragedy at Bondi Beach yesterday 💔 and so much love to you ALL.  

We are all connected, can’t you see?

You feel, I feel.
A mum cries, I cry. 

This is one of the reasons we started The Inner Shift! 
The disconnection we feel from each other in this world is at the root of all the evil that is playing out. 

Australia has lost its faith and we are here to shine a light during dark times. 
My heart is in pain but my heart stays OPEN!!!

💖 We don’t ignore pain, we transmute it.

💖 We don’t feed fear, we starve it.

💖 We don’t shrink, we rise in unity.

Hold your people close.
Breathe deeper.
Pray louder, not from fear, but from faith.

Australia is hurting, yes, but it is also waking.
And light, as always, wins.
