🌊 When the Next Shift Comes

When the next shift comes —
and the waves crash upon your soul - breathe.
Let your body feel it all.
This is the holy gift of being human.

You are not broken.
You are being made new.

Let your heart break open.
Let the tears fall like prayers.
Let the ache rise and pass like a sacred tide.

Because even here — in the ache, in the dark, in the stillness —
God is with you.
He has not left.
He never will.

Look up.
Feel His presence — in you, around you, holding you.
Let His strength rise in your bones.
Let it steady your breath.

And know this:
The storm will pass.
You will rise again.
And you will remember what’s always been true:

You are love.
You are His.
You are home.

This is your birthright.
To vibrate in harmony with the frequency of God.

"When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.
When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned;
Nor the flame scorch you."

What this scripture means to Anna 💗
This verse reminds me that no matter how intense life feels, whether I’m drowning in emotion or walking through the fire of transformation, I’m never alone. God walks with me through every storm, every grief, and every rebirth. I am held, guided, and made stronger through each trial.
