Dancing with the cold ❄️💦

Allow Mother Nature to touch your soul
Feel that cold, don’t shy away
You know you’re built for night and day

Move quickly with intention
Trust the process, don’t go slow
You’re brave, you’re strong, more so than you know

Go under the water, open your eyes
Notice those colours in the light and shade
How was this liquid crystal made?

Stay with yourself, with God, know you’re held
Feel the tingles on your skin
Life is all of this… it’s the cold, the warmth, the pain, the joy, it’s all within!

What this scripture means to Anna: 💗
When I dance with the cold, I’m not just enduring discomfort. I’m remembering that He made my body strong, resilient, and capable of experiencing the full spectrum of life. The cold, the warmth, the pain, the joy, all of it carries His light. And when I keep my eyes open to Him, I see light even within life’s shadows.
