Nurturing your Foundation πŸŒ±πŸƒπŸŒ³

Yesterday while walking in Ubud, Bali I noticed this mural. It reminded me so much of our Inner Shift Ekklesia Logo.

When I look at this I think about my own energy and my FOUNDATION! That word can be used in so many ways but to me it’s about how am I staying ROOTED to the ground? How am I nurturing my own foundations to show up with any possibility of helping others and co-creating a world based on love, faith and trust. We all know the building is only as strong as its foundation and when I feel myself tipping, I know to come back to the earth, the truth and my foundations.

Call to action 🏹

See how your life can shift when you begin each day, at least the first 30 mins or so, by looking at the sun β˜€οΈ moving your bodyπŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ with gratitude to the creator and sitting quietly in meditation πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ

πŸ“– Scripture

Let your roots grow down into Him, and let your lives be built on Him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.”

Colossians 2:7 (NLT)

What it means to me πŸ’—

For me, this is a reminder to stay rooted in the energy of the Creator β€” in love, truth, and grounded faith. Just like the tree in our Inner Shift Ekklesia logo, I’m learning that real growth happens when I’m deeply connected to that divine foundation. When my roots are strong, my life naturally expands upward and outward, carrying light, gratitude, and purpose into everything I touch.
